We are a small firm by choice. That changes how the work gets done, and how you learn.
Our partners lecture at ITESO, the University of Guadalajara and the Institute of Public Accountants. That teaching instinct does not stay in the classroom: reviewing your work is a learning session, not a silent correction.
Tax controversy, transfer pricing, foreign corporations setting up in Mexico, anti-money laundering. Real technical work, not data entry.
Tax, legal, accounting, payroll and audit sit in the same team. Even if you join through one area, you end up understanding how they all connect.
We do not expect you to know everything. We look for judgment, attention to detail and a genuine wish to understand why things work as they do.
Accounting
For the accounting, tax and audit areas. We value a command of financial reporting standards and a willingness to ground every position in law.
Law
For tax controversy and corporate work. We are interested in people who can read case law, build an argument and set it down clearly in writing.
Internships
We take on accounting and law interns. You will not be making coffee: from day one you work on real files, with supervision.
Payroll and social security
For the payroll, IMSS and INFONAVIT area. We look for precision and familiarity with the official compliance systems.
